Below  Queen Street western end, at Lake Horowhenua, with Oxford Street or State Highway One, obscured at horizonal centre. The Post Office Clock Tower is at centre left, with the white Farmers building behind. The Warehouse store is to the right. The green Countdown Supermarket is to the right of The Warehouse. The Levin Golf Course, on Motere Road, is behind the plantation to the right, over Lake Horowhenua.

Above Bath Street, with Horowhenua College towards Lake Horowhenua and Waiopehu College, at the opposite end to the left, with Levin East School's red roofs to the right.

Above From the Arapaepae Lookout to the north of Kohitere Forest. Arapaepae Road, behind the gorse bush, crosses Queen Street that continues, obscured, to the bottom left. Waiopehu College gymnasium and chimney are behind the top of the gorse bush. Levin East School's red roofs and cream walls are to the right. Waiopehu College's sports field is closer to the gorse bush than Playford Park on the other side of Bartholomew Road.

  Entry is off Denton Road, two hundred metres to the left of the eastern end of Queen Street, Levin, North Island, New Zealand.

Numbered thumb nail plates on the road centre are 71.35 metres apart.

1. Marked route of forty sections from Denton Road gate. Go to the right at the main incline's top T junction, beyond thumb nail plate 31. Go up the steeper track at section 39 and passed section 40, finishing at the white trig station. 

2. Marked route of fifty sections from Denton Road gate. Go to the left at the main incline's top T junction, beyond thumb nail plate 31, finishing at plate number 51 on the ridge line road, before a second large puddle.
